Nate has no patience for people who stand in his way. As a publicist, he is fiercely protective of his clients. And – sometimes – that means he comes across as impatient, demanding and (occasionally) rude. And he’s fine with that … until one journalist changes his mind.

Perhaps his work as a publicist and the world of celebrity journalism aren’t as far apart as Nate thought they were …

Daniel Brighton is the object of millions of fantasies. And he couldn’t care less.

When Lily transitions from features reporter in Nashville to entertainment writer in Los Angeles, her journalistic ethics are put to the test. The more she becomes involved in that world, the more complicated it becomes.
